PHUNMMYCLASSIQUE will accept the return of a non-customized or preordered jewellery purchased for exchange from clients in Nigeria within 7 days and 14 days for clients outside Nigeria as long as the product is in the exact new condition purchased. The purchase of custom and preordered jewellery are final and not eligible for a return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees to and from the store. PHUNMMYCLASSIQUE will bear the full cost of transportation if the return or exchange is as a result of an error on our part.
PHUNMMYCLASSIQUE will also issue refunds for orders placed and cancelled within 24 hours. Orders processed and shipped out cannot be cancelled.
